Personal Training

The health, fitness and wellness industry can be confusing at times. All you want to do is get to your goal. But one person tells you to do it one way, a piece of research says to do it another way, and you just don't know what to do.

 

In my opinion one thing is for sure; there are many roads that lead to where you want to be and there's not necessarily a right and wrong way. You will get there, but is it the most efficient way?

 

This is where I come in. We will have a good chat about what you are looking to achieve, what your lifestyle choices are now and where can we improve. You will have a bespoke plan, which we will implement together, you will have the confidence and feel comfortable that you are on the correct path for you.

 

Working together on your nutrition, whether it be vegan/vegetarian, low fat, low carb/ketogenic, we will design a diet to fit in with your lifestyle choices and turn your body into a fat burning, muscle building machine.

 

We will design a training programme to strengthen you in body and provide you with resilience and strategies for coping with the day to day stresses of daily living. We will work on your core to improve back conditions, we will improve your posture, muscle tone, rehab and strengthen from injuries, help control blood pressure, diabetes, reduce stress and help you sleep better.
